Col Evangeline G. Rosel

Colonel Evangeline G. Rosel, a 1997 graduate of West Point, has replaced Colonel Cecil Marson as Garrison Commander at West Point. She succeeds former Garrison Commander Harry C. Marson, IV in this position. Col. Rosel was commissioned in the Adjutant General’s Corps from the United States Military Academy, West Point in 1997. Prior to her current position, Col. Rosel previously served as Chief, Personnel Division, Manpower and Personnel Directorate, United States Central Command, Tampa, Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Psychology from the United States Military Academy, West Point, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University, St. Louis, MO and a Master of Science degree in National Resource Strategy from The Eisenhower School, National Defense University, Fort McNair, Washington, D.C.
