RAdm. Jeffrey S. Spivey

RAdm. Jeffrey S. Spivey has been assigned as Director, Maritime Partnership Program for the US Naval Forces Europe-Africa/Sixth Fleet, Naples, Italy. He succeeds RAdm. Nancy S. Lacore, who is the Chief of Staff. RAdm. Spivey was commissioned through Aviation Officer Candidate School in 1989 at the University of Florida. He earned his Wings of Gold in 1991. RAdm. Spivey has held numerous positions throughout his career including time served with the Navy Reserve NATO Allied Command Transformation Warfare Development Group, the Navy Reserve United States Sixth Fleet Detachment 802 and as the Chief of Staff Officer for the U.S. Fleet Forces Command Reserve. He holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, and is a graduate of both the U.S. Naval War College and Joint Forces Staff College.
