BGen. Howard CW Geck

BGen. Howard CW Geck was recently named Assistant Deputy Commanding General for the United States Army Reserve Command, Fort Bragg, NC. He received his officer training through ROTC and commission from the New Mexico Military Institute. He began his service with the New Mexico Army National Guard, where he served as a Platoon Leader and Battalion Staff Officer. He then returned to the Army Reserve, where he has held various positions throughout his career including Brigade Commander, 652nd Regional Support Group, Fort Harrison, MT, Commander, 800th Logistics Support Brigade, Mustang, OK and Assistant Deputy Commander for Support, 80th Training Command (TASS), Richmond, VA. Prior to his current position, BGen. Geck served as the Commanding General, 103rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command, Des Moines, IA. He holds a Masters Degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College and a Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix
